Thumper Fab wants you to be thrilled with your purchase, however, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Thumper Fab.

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Thumper Fab, either online at www.thumperfab.com or at a Thumper Fab event, can be returned to Thumper Fab.
• Thumper Fab products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is packaged with all the accessories, documentation, and original packaging that were included when you received it. 

We offer a full refund minus all shipping charges and restocking fees on all non-custom items. Custom items such as custom fabrication and powder coating are non-refundable. Items that have been modified are also not eligible for refund. 

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
Exchanges may have the restocking fee waived and are only subject to a repackaging fee if packaging is damaged and requires replacement.
