We go above and beyond in packaging your order to make sure it arrives ready to install and get #Thumpin!

All roofs and cages ship via a large pallets on an LTL/Freight Truck. Please note that LTL/Freight shipments always have to have someone to sign for the item(s), or they will NOT be delivered. Pallets for roofs and cages are especially large so we always recommend having these delivered to a commercial address with loading dock or forklift. If delivered to a residential address, please make sure you have some extra help ready to unload. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Due to restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please email [email protected] for international shipping rates.

Delivery lead times vary, but most orders will be shipped within 10 working days. You can check lead times for our products here: Estimated Lead Times. The delivery charge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. These charges will be included in the Shipping and Handling of your order. If eligible for shipment to Hawaii and Alaska, special rates apply. Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked on their product information pages as requiring a special delivery charge. Title to and risk of loss of product will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping times are estimates only, and not a guarantee that the product will be delivered on the specified date. We will not be liable for any loss or expense which you may incur as a result of any delay in the delivery of your order. When ordering more than one item, please note your items may come in different shipments. Thumper Fab assumes no liability for damaged, lost or stolen shipments. It is your responsibility to ensure parcels can be delivered free from theft or exposure to rain, snow, excessive humidity or temperature extreme. Claims for incorrect or missed shipments must be made to Thumper Fab Customer Support within 20 days of order acknowledgment/shipment or are deemed waived. *IMPORTANT* DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

Although we strive to make sure your items, BIG SMALL, are packed extremely well, sometimes negligence by the carriers and shipping companies that are handling your items occurs.

  • IF YOU RECEIVE your freight or package(s) and there appears to be significant damage, you must either ACCEPT OR DENY the shipment(s).

  • IF YOU ACCEPT, you understand that the freight and any damage that has occurred is NOT the responsibility of the freight/shipping carrier, or Thumper Fab.

  • IF YOU DENY the freight or package(s), we will file a claim and do our best to get you a replacement quickly. Replacement items can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on production backlog, but we ALWAYS try to get them out quickly.


If you have accepted the freight, and realize later there was damage, you can contact the freight company and file a claim. We can help by sending a value for the said damage. 


We are not able to submit a damage claim AFTER the items have been installed.


Please know, we want our items to get to you in perfect condition, every time. It is physically impossible, and damage does happen. We hope that you let us handle it on your behalf so we can make sure you are a happy customer.
